TÈ TEA respect your privacy with the utmost discretion and will not share any personal information with third parties. All our payment are processed with Stripe, which is certified PCI service level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
TÈ Tea will accept returns in accordance with Australia consumer law. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days with a valid reason for return. Items being returned must be unused, unopened and the packaging in new condition. TÈ Tea is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. If we are unable to resole any issue we will process a refund to the full value of the item, minus original shipping costs. Refunds are made at the discretion of TÈ Tea.
Free shipping only applies to orders over the value of $50 to be shipped within Australia.
In the event that international orders are made with the applied free postage code an invoice for postage will be issued prior to dispatch. Shipments will then be dispatched upon receipt of postage payment.
